Meg qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse from Hartpury University in 2023. She completed her placement year at a busy mixed hospital practice in Carmarthen, where she remained from 2021 to 2024, progressing from student nurse to full-time RVN. Originally from Wales, she has recently relocated to Bristol and joined us here at Emersons Green Veterinary Surgery.
Meg genuinely enjoys the variety that veterinary nursing brings and takes great pride in caring for each patient as if they were her own. She has a particular soft spot for cats and is often the go-to nurse for handling more nervous or feisty patients. She also has a strong interest in bandaging and wound care. In April 2026, Meg will begin her Feline Nursing Certificate, with the aim of offering dedicated nursing clinics at our very own cat clinic!
Outside of work, Meg enjoys returning to the Gower Peninsula, attending concerts, and playing padel on a Sunday with colleagues. She shares her home with her two cats, Donnie and Kenny.
