Dear Clients and all pets!

We are nearly at the end of Pet Smile Month and we need more votes for all the photos you sent in for the calendar and so I thought I had better send you all an e-mail. If you sent in a photo get voting asap. I know that some of you might not be on Facebook but we needed a good platform to allow people to vote so you can find all the photos on our Facebook page. Please vote for as many photos as you like.

Flea Control

Frontline Combo is on special again! Buy a 3 pack and get 1 pipette free, buy a 6 pack and get 2 pipettes free. Art Competition!

We are still plugging our Art Competition. This week Louise and I went to Emerson's Green Primary School and I did a talk on keeping our pets teeth clean and just general pet stuff. Thank you to years 1 and 2 for being so good and most of all thank you for all the entries for our photo competition. Rose Burchill drew a picture of Dave, seen here.

Next week we are going to speak to years 3 and 4. We are hoping for another 60 entries from them as well. Remember there are movie tickets and other prizes up for grabs for our local winners and the national winner could win a trip in a hot air balloon - or maybe that will have to go to mom or dad :)

Entry forms are on our Pet Smile Month page. So get drawing guys - we can't wait to see all your creations.

Yes we do have a Twitter page or presence or whatever its called. Have to say I am not entirely sure how it works or for that matter what the point is but we are there. We try and keep you updated on specials and stories and anything else that might be interesting. Any help or suggestions are always appreciated. (Twitter - emersonvet)

Busy!

Yes we have been swamped with work in the last few months. I am sorry if our normally high level of service has been affected but I promise we are back on track. I have added another 20 veterinary consultations per week! This should allow us to see you when you want to be seen - and not wait so long either!

If you have any queries, suggestions or just generally want to say something please fill in our feedback form. We always get a good number of forms back and we discuss all of the feedback carefully at our staff meetings.

What's in the pipeline? We are having a vaccine change soon. We are changing our cat vaccine range to the Purevax range. More about that in the next newsletter. Vet Treats - look out for our January Sale - redeem your points at double their value. Earn points on all your flea / worming products and your food purchases. This makes our whole product list incredibly competitive and beats Sainsburys, Boots and a load of Internet companies as well.
