Rescued Animals

Rescued Animals

This page is dedicated to helping pets find new homes.

The centre that we do the most rehoming for is called HEART Animal Rescue. Please contact Ange or Gill on 0117 986 8005 to find out which pets need new homes. Have a look at their website: www.heartrescue.org.uk. Please note that the list is not always complete and there may be other dogs, cats and small furries that they have available.

Dotty

Dotty

Dotty was taken on as a stray earlier in the year but she doesn't get on with the other cats in her new home, so we think she's more suited to being an only cat.

Her new owner is desperate to re-home her so please contact the surgery if you are able to or know someone that can provide a home for Dotty.  She is a timid girl and is about 2yrs old.  She loves human afffection and will make a good companion.

DinoDino

This is Dino a 5yr old, male neutered cat. He has been with us around 6 weeks after someone saw him jump out the back of removal van. He is microchipped but the telephone number and the details don't work, after some major detective work we have still been unable to contact his owners. He is a very handsome chap, who likes to have fuss and affection and often tries to curl up on our laps or rub up against our faces when are sat at the desk, but it is usually on his own terms so he requires a owner that can read a cats behaviour. He is a great little character that is either found in his prime spot on the vet's desk having a snooze, or wandering in and out the practice to the park. When he does return through the door he likes to tell us all about what he's been up to and is very vocal. He is flead and wormed but will need vaccinating and seems in very good health. From experience he would need to go to a one cat household.
