Roz Mitchell
Roz has been working at Emerson's Green Veterinary Surgery for five years now as a receptionist. Roz loves nothing better than to meet and greet all the clients and their animals that come into the practice. She deals with all reception queries and general paperwork for the surgery. She has her own dog named Hugo whom is a Miniature Schnauzer that is always in the surgery with some ailment to do with his ferocious appetite from eating potpourri, batteries, chocolate and tablets! He definitely keeps Roz on her toes.

Laura Dickinson
For as long as Laura can remember she has always wanted to work with animals, but she was never sure how she wanted to pursue her career in the animal industry. She decided to attend college and completed a BTEC National Diploma in Animal Management to help her research the different jobs in the animal industry. After volunteering and working in many different veterinary practices including Bristol Zoo Garden's, where she was employed as a Veterinary Nursing Assistant, she is now looking forward to furthering her career by training to become a Qualified Veterinary Nurse and then hopefully progressing on to become an Advanced Zoo Veterinary Nurse. She has currently signed up for the ANA course to pursue her career. She lives with her 8yr old Doberman called Becks, who is still as bonkers as ever.

Bryony Jones
After graduating from University in 2010 and spending a year working full time with horses on a competition yard, Bryony joined the team in 2011 as a receptionist. She has a wealth of equine experience through working, training horses since a young age but is keen to develop her small animal knowledge and experience by working at the practice. She is enjoying meeting all the clients and their animals and working as a part of the team at Emersons.
