`I have been a client at Emerson's Green Veterinary Surgery for just over two years and in that time have found Martin and his Veterinary nurses both knowledgeable and helpful with my animals.

I have eight dogs of my own and I also foster occasionally for two charities. I also have two cats and a rabbit so my visits to the surgery are fairly frequent! Martin is interested in my animals and is willing to consider other forms of treatment which may involve complementary therapies. He will also find out further information on a particular problem should he not have knowledge of it directly.

Initially I was attracted to Emerson’s Green Veterinary Surgery because it was a small, conveniently located practice in the centre of the hamlet. However, having been registered with the practice for nearly a year now, it has proven to be a great deal more.

In all my dealings I have found the staff to be extremely friendly, honest and patient when looking after Chess, my Springer Spaniel. Whether it is for the more in-depth diagnosis of an ailment or just a simple routine check-up they have always shown a supportive, caring and dedicated attitude to his treatment.

They have also been very helpful in organising and settling out our pet insurance claims and in offering timely reminders when routine treatments are due. Even the simplest of query has been handled speedily and courteously with everyone always willing to offer sound advice and put your mind at rest. Furthermore, with my wife and I being a working couple we are often unable to attend appointments during the normal working day.

As a result, it has been a significant advantage having a practice that is open until late in the evening, making it very accessible and handy. Without doubt having access to a friendly, clean practice that is trustworthy and reliable as this one has given us great peace of mind and has been a small blessing.

I have been registered with Emerson’s Green Vets for 3 years. In that time I have been impressed with everyone that works at the practice. Having three dogs, I find myself using the practice regularly for straightforward check-ups and vaccinations through to surgery and ailment diagnosis. Martin always demonstrates relevant, up-to-date knowledge and more importantly an extremely good ‘bedside manner’. My dogs are relaxed and happy when they visit the practice. The nursing staff are friendly, helpful and most of all take a genuine interest in your animals’ welfare.

I would like to say Thank-you for your help and support with my menagerie! Can i also thank Fiona, Louise & Sara who work alongside you & who I would consider to be friends, much as people I meet through a purely 'transactional' type of situation. I think they are an asset to you, & I am sure that a lot of behind the scenes work gets overlooked by people like me, who just come to collect their pet & say goodbye, without really appreciating the daily grind behind it all.
