Louise Brice
Louise joined us as our client manager back in 2002, she originally came over from South Africa for a year but decided to stay on permanently. Louise previously worked in a furniture factory doing daily reception and admin work. She now handles all account, insurance queries and general admin for the practice from the home office. She has completed numerous small business certificates including the Veterinary Practice Administration certificate and P.I.A course and is kept busy with the general running of the practice, her daughters Alyssa and Chloe and her boisterous pooch Biggles. Alyssa is definitely the sporty kid in the house and has Louise running around to ballet classes, swimming and horse-riding, she also enjoys gymnastics and can do the splits perfectly! Chloe is a bit quieter and possibly won't be as sporty but at 5 months the worlds her oyster! Biggles enjoys his days out and his claim to fame was winning his Pointer post graduate class at Crufts 2009.

Su Fowler
Su joined us in January 2012 after being self-employed for 23 years, which she does now on a part-time basis. Su's main role in the practice is to control the ever increasing pile of insurance claims that we have to trawl through.
She always had a love for animals and as a child had firstly ponies and later horses in a life before her children were born, though she still rides today. She has kept and bred guinea pigs, the eldest living to 9 ½ years! Then there were the dogs and an interest in agility. After going to a championship show, to have a look around, she meet Pointers - and they stole her heart and she became involved in showing. Her first Pointer was acquired in 1994; Su says that Pointers are like chocolates…`one is never enough!` Her beloved Higgins is the father of Louise and Martins Biggles. Higgins was a great ambassador for the breed and was always ready to meet and greet people. He was a show Champion with many successes, his most memorable being Best of Breed at Crufts in 2004! Su is currently owned by three Pointers and one terrier cross. She has also learnt to scuba dive in 2010 and is now trying to learn about the creatures she meets underwater!
